Our Main Programmes
Bursary Programme
Annually, we offer 2 x bursary programmes for black disadvantaged children that have achieved great matric results throughout their under-graduate studies.
Entrepreneurship Development
We support small businesses with funding at a very minimal interest on the financial investment. We also support entrepreneurs with business mentorship tailored for each business’ needs.
Community Development
At Ziyana Foundation community development is important to us because it provides the foundation a city builds off of to enhance the lives of its citizens. It creates strong, diverse communities that are able to attract and keep talent, start and grow businesses, and overcome issues that arise.
Skills Development
South Africa had decades of unequal education. The majority of South Africans did not have the skills required to function in a modern economy. Skills development means more and better opportunities. It means that jobs can be considered where unskilled workers would never be able to venture in. Skills are a key to the economy growing, businesses expanding and job creation. As Ziyana Foundation, we provide opportunities to previously disadvantaged youth through the Ziyana Training Hub where we provide basic programmes such as WorkPlace Readiness Programmes, Interview Skills, Entrepreneurship Programmes and Skills Programmes that are accredited by Ziyana Business Consulting and Training ( Pty) Ltd.
Women Empowerment
Through our women empowerment programmes such as ‘Brunch With Noma’ we create safe spaces for women to connect, engage, build and transform. This is with the intention of creating a societal shift so that women can take their rightful place in society through women inclusion.
Mentorship Programme
We provide cross functional leadership through our mentorship programmes by building the leaders of tomorrow. Our mentorship programmes are targeted at the youth of South Africa by building self-confidence and leadership abilities.
