About Mentorship Programme
We provide cross functional leadership through our mentorship programmes by building the leaders of tomorrow. Our mentorship programmes are targeted at the youth of South Africa by building self-confidence and leadership abilities.
Through the Foundation, we have established a need for a structured Mentorship Programmes for both women and men. The mentorship will run for a period of 12 months. Towards the end of each year a window is opened for individuals to apply for the programmes and only 20 men and women will be selected on the 12 months Mentorship Programme.
We also support entrepreneurs with business mentorship tailored for each business’ needs. To have a good business idea is one thing, but taking that idea and converting it into a profitable business is another. Entrepreneurship journey is long and can get lonely. Having a mentor when you start a business can be as important as the actual product or service you’re selling. While the research on the positive impact of business mentorship is clear, so many entrepreneurs still don’t have a mentor.
Business Mentorship often offers external perspective when it comes to making decisions that can cost you in the long run. They are more easily able to see your pain points as well as new opportunities and areas with room for improvement. The programme touches on Operations, Human Capital, Time Management, Customer Service and Finance.
